Programa Luz para Todos<\/a> em territ\u00f3rios ind\u00edgenas do Xingu.<\/p>\n\n\n\nA pesquisa sistematiza os problemas jur\u00eddicos enfrentados pelas comunidades no acesso \u00e0 energia el\u00e9trica e analisa, sob perspectivas jur\u00eddica e t\u00e9cnica, os impactos da expans\u00e3o da infraestrutura el\u00e9trica nesses territ\u00f3rios. O estudo tamb\u00e9m identifica falhas operacionais, normativas e institucionais que comprometem o acesso cont\u00ednuo, adequado e culturalmente respeitoso \u00e0 energia pelos povos ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A atividade ser\u00e1 coordenada por J\u00falia Soares, pesquisadora do IDGlobal com forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Direito, e contar\u00e1 com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7as do Xingu, al\u00e9m de representantes da comunidade Khikhatxi, WWF, Idec – Instituto de Defesa de Consumidores,IEMA – Instituto Estadual de Meio Ambiente e Recursos H\u00eddricos , al\u00e9m de outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil.O evento integra a programa\u00e7\u00e3o do Amazon Climate Hub<\/strong>, um laborat\u00f3rio vivo de inova\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e tecnologia ancestral que, durante a COP30, sediar\u00e1 uma s\u00e9rie de debates, oficinas e encontros colaborativos com lideran\u00e7as de todo o mundo.
