{"id":32584,"date":"2025-11-11T20:40:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T23:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amazonclimatehub.org\/?p=32584"},"modified":"2025-11-12T08:50:04","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T11:50:04","slug":"autoprotecao-e-alianca-liderancas-indigenas-da-america-latina-se-defendem-em-autogestao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amazonclimatehub.org\/?p=32584","title":{"rendered":"Autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o e Alian\u00e7a: Lideran\u00e7as Ind\u00edgenas da Am\u00e9rica Latina se defendem em autogest\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A necessidade de fortalecer a autonomia e a autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00edgena diante da crise clim\u00e1tica e da viol\u00eancia territorial foi o tema central do evento <strong>\u201cJusti\u00e7a Clim\u00e1tica e Autonomia Ind\u00edgena: Integrando a Defesa Territorial, a Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e as Estrat\u00e9gias de Resili\u00eancia nas Pol\u00edticas Globais e Nacionaisl\u201d<\/strong>, realizado no<strong> ARAYARA Amazon Climate Hub<\/strong>, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (11).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizado pela<strong> Alianza Latinoamericana de Defensores y Defensoras de Territorios Ind\u00edgenas (ALADTI)<\/strong>, o encontro reuniu representantes de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de base ind\u00edgena da Am\u00e9rica Latina \u2013 incluindo <strong>COICA, AMPB, APOINME e CARE<\/strong> \u2013 para discutir como a falta de seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica, a press\u00e3o de empreendimentos extrativistas e a criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edderes impedem a a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica efetiva.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autonomia na Crise: A Resposta dos Povos ao Abandono Estatal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A abertura da mesa destacou que os povos origin\u00e1rios n\u00e3o esperam mais pela prote\u00e7\u00e3o estatal, mas constroem seus pr\u00f3prios mecanismos de defesa em um contexto de crise.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apu Jamner, vice-presidente da COICA, enfatizou que os desafios enfrentados pelos povos amaz\u00f4nicos s\u00e3o sist\u00eamicos e globais.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cComo povos ind\u00edgenas tamb\u00e9m respondemos a esses sistemas globais que nos afetam,\u201d afirmou. \u201cNossos ecossistemas respondem n\u00e3o apenas para os nossos povos ind\u00edgenas, mas para toda a humanidade. Mas as economias hoje em dia desconhecem os direitos dos povos e a integridade f\u00edsica de nossos territ\u00f3rios, deixando dano, pobreza para a vida dos nossos irm\u00e3os.\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Em resposta a essa realidade, a estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 a articula\u00e7\u00e3o e a autonomia. <strong>\u201cHoje os povos ind\u00edgenas tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o construindo seus n\u00edveis de autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o porque n\u00e3o nos sentimos protegidos pelos estados, pelos governos\u201d<\/strong>, disse Jamner, citando as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00f4nomas como a melhor forma de se proteger e assegurar a vida de milh\u00f5es de pessoas.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vigil\u00e2ncia Ind\u00edgena: A Defesa com Tecnologia Pr\u00f3pria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A urg\u00eancia da autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o foi exemplificada por Angel Pedro Val\u00e9rio, do povo presidente do CARE, da selva peruana, que trouxe dados alarmantes: entre 2014 e 2025, foram registrados 35 casos de assassinato de defensores ambientais no Peru.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Em vez de esperar por recursos que n\u00e3o chegam, o povo Ash\u00e1ninka desenvolveu suas pr\u00f3prias ferramentas. Val\u00e9rio apresentou o SAT-CARE (Sistema de Alerta Temprano), uma ferramenta de vigil\u00e2ncia ind\u00edgena que registra alertas em tempo real sobre amea\u00e7as como tr\u00e1fico de terras, drogas e minera\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal, e articula respostas junto \u00e0s comunidades.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cFrente a isso, o que estamos fazendo? Estamos nos autoprotegendo com nossas pr\u00f3prias ferramentas,\u201d explicou Val\u00e9rio.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Somente em 2024 e 2025, o sistema registrou 90 alertas, afetando quase 1.200 pessoas e 273 territ\u00f3rios, e tem sido fundamental para diminuir at\u00e9 mesmo os inc\u00eandios florestais. Val\u00e9rio refor\u00e7ou que os povos n\u00e3o ficar\u00e3o de bra\u00e7os cruzados, mas desenvolver\u00e3o suas pr\u00f3prias ferramentas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e autodefesa.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia pelo Coletivo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O segundo bloco do debate focou na for\u00e7a da articula\u00e7\u00e3o e na dimens\u00e3o hist\u00f3rica e de g\u00eanero da criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Dina J\u00fac, autoridade ind\u00edgena Kitch\u00ea da Alianza Mesoamericana de Pueblos y Bosques (AMPB), destacou que a criminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de defensores na Mesoam\u00e9rica \u00e9 severa, mas que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o territorial \u00e9 uma resposta eficaz.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cEm Mesoam\u00e9rica protegemos 8% da biodiversidade global,\u201d disse Dina. Ela mencionou que, nos territ\u00f3rios onde as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o articuladas, a incid\u00eancia da explora\u00e7\u00e3o predat\u00f3ria \u00e9 menor, um reflexo do poder de se articular e proteger em conjunto.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arnelio Oliano, jovem da AMPB no Panam\u00e1, refor\u00e7ou que a resist\u00eancia \u00e9 uma heran\u00e7a. \u201cSe voc\u00ea n\u00e3o entende o contexto hist\u00f3rico dos povos ind\u00edgenas, n\u00e3o podes entender o contexto no qual vivem hoje em dia,\u201d afirmou, citando a luta de seu povo, o Kuna, e a import\u00e2ncia de cuidar da M\u00e3e Terra, um legado passado de m\u00e3es para filhos.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Representando o Brasil, Elisa Pankararu (APOINME) conectou a justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica diretamente \u00e0 luta territorial.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cPensar justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica sob a \u00f3tica do movimento ind\u00edgena, abre um leque para essas reflex\u00f5es, e n\u00e3o d\u00e1 pra pensar nela sem pensar na quest\u00e3o territorial,\u201d defendeu. \u201cOs golpistas de 1500 fincaram as suas ra\u00edzes e seus herdeiros ainda est\u00e3o aqui violando os direitos dos nossos territ\u00f3rios.\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Katrin Rosas, da Amaz\u00f4nia Colombiana, que apontou ainda como a viol\u00eancia territorial atinge desproporcionalmente as mulheres, que s\u00e3o duplamente vulner\u00e1veis na rela\u00e7\u00e3o de desigualdade.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A mesa, que abriu um espa\u00e7o crucial de interc\u00e2mbio de conhecimentos na COP30, foi encerrada por Olimpia Castillo, que concluiu que a Justi\u00e7a Clim\u00e1tica deve ser o tema central da COP e que a articula\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f4noma, o conhecimento ancestral e o protagonismo de jovens e mulheres s\u00e3o indispens\u00e1veis para exigir compromissos reais dos governos.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A necessidade de fortalecer a autonomia e a autoprote\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00edgena diante da crise clim\u00e1tica e da viol\u00eancia territorial foi o tema central do evento \u201cJusti\u00e7a Clim\u00e1tica e Autonomia Ind\u00edgena: Integrando a Defesa Territorial, a Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e as Estrat\u00e9gias de Resili\u00eancia&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":32585,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_eb_attr":"","_themeisle_gutenberg_block_has_review":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[271],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-32584","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-cop30"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 -
