O evento reuniu ativistas ind\u00edgenas, negras, quilombolas, perif\u00e9ricas e representantes institucionais, destacando como meninas e mulheres em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade s\u00e3o desproporcionalmente afetadas pelas mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A deputada federal C\u00e9lia Xakriab\u00e1 (PSOL-MG)<\/strong>, primeira ind\u00edgena eleita por Minas Gerais, chamou aten\u00e7\u00e3o para os impactos da minera\u00e7\u00e3o e da explora\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s sobre mulheres e territ\u00f3rios. Segundo dados da Fiocruz citados pela parlamentar, em \u00e1reas afetadas pela expans\u00e3o f\u00f3ssil, a viol\u00eancia contra mulheres aumentou, assim como o uso de ansiol\u00edticos e son\u00edferos. Ela relatou ainda que m\u00e3es de Brumadinho ainda aguardam not\u00edcias de parentes desaparecidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuando se explode um territ\u00f3rio, nada mais pode viver ali. N\u00e3o se trata apenas de deslocamento clim\u00e1tico, mas de consequ\u00eancias de pol\u00edticas que legalizam a devasta\u00e7\u00e3o e a morte\u201d, afirmou C\u00e9lia.&nbsp; Presidenta da Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa dos Direitos das Mulheres, C\u00e9lia defendeu o Projeto de Lei 3640\/2025, que prop\u00f5e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de dados sobre os impactos da crise clim\u00e1tica na vida de mulheres e meninas brasileiras. Ela tamb\u00e9m destacou a campanha \u201cSem mulher n\u00e3o tem clima\u201d, que promove o protagonismo feminino na luta por justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A parlamentar tamb\u00e9m mencionou a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jusbrasil.com.br\/artigos\/a-natureza-como-sujeito-de-direitos\/1663473408\">PEC que reconhece a natureza como sujeito de direitos<\/a>, ampliando a prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e fortalecendo o papel dos povos ind\u00edgenas na conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mariana Galdino<\/strong>, <strong>advogada e cofundadora do Instituto Decodifica<\/strong>, representou territ\u00f3rios de favelas do Rio de Janeiro e destacou a import\u00e2ncia de reconhecer as favelas como bioma. Ela ressaltou o papel das mulheres negras na reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, afirmando que s\u00e3o elas quem enfrentam diretamente os impactos das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas e das viol\u00eancias sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNossa luta \u00e9 por justi\u00e7a social, que abrange justi\u00e7a ambiental, de g\u00eanero e racial\u201d, disse Galdino, lembrando que mais de 16 milh\u00f5es de mulheres afrodescendentes vivem em favelas e periferias no Brasil, mas sua representa\u00e7\u00e3o nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais ainda \u00e9 limitada. \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 como construir uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica justa e antirracista sem que as mulheres estejam presentes, cuidando das casas, dos biomas e liderando grande parte do enfrentamento.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ela tamb\u00e9m destacou a import\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o masculina para fortalecer essas lideran\u00e7as e do acesso de parlamentares ind\u00edgenas e negras a espa\u00e7os de decis\u00e3o pol\u00edtica. \u201cSem n\u00f3s nesses lugares, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel falar de justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica de forma verdadeira.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caterin, ativista colombiana<\/strong>, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres em sua comunidade\u201cCrescemos em comunidade e buscamos envolver mulheres de todas as idades. Represento as mulheres do meu territ\u00f3rio e acredito que mulheres empoderadas s\u00e3o fundamentais para transformar realidades.
