Frontline Forum on Fossil Fuels
Frontline Forum on Fossil Fuels centres the voices of frontline leaders from the Amazon, and beyond, who are protecting communities and ecosystems. This roundtable brings their lived experience to COP30: the daily realities of organising, the risks they shoulder, the wins that safeguard water, health, and culture, and the hurdles they still face. Speakers will share what has helped them progress, what has not, and what meaningful solidarity from governments, funders, and global networks should look like—clear, practical, and accountable. Attendees will leave with a sharper view of where support is most needed, and how to align efforts with community priorities. In closing, we will introduce a new training-to-funding-to-support offer to help scale this work after COP30.
